KERUI Machinery’s lithium battery recycling machine is capable of recycling various types of lithium batteries, including soft package battery, cellphone battery, shell battery, cylindrical battery etc. Through processes such as shredding, drying, crushing, and screening, graphite powder, cobalt acid lithium, aluminum and copper can be separated from the lithium batteries. The entire equipment set is designed with negative pressure, ensuring higher recovery rates, no dust pollution, and customization options based on customer requirements such as raw materials, production capacity, and site constraints.

The final products is graphite powder, cobalt acid lithium(black-mass), aluminum and copper.


By immersing lithium batteries in saline solution for discharge, we initiate a series of processes involving shredder, dryer, crushers, turbo grinder, air separator, gravity separator, fully enclosed drum screens, magnetic separators, and more. Through these methods, we effectively separate various materials such as black mass, copper, aluminum, iron. Our recovery rates consistently surpass 99% for valuable materials like black mass, copper, and aluminum.
