KR300 Copper Wire Granulator
Recover Copper from Prepared Household, Automotive and Communication Cable
The KR300 is a dry-type copper wire granulator for small recycling operations processing prepared household, automotive and communication cable.

Is KR300 Right for Your Material?
Share cable type, diameter, copper content and target capacity. We will confirm direct granulation or the required pre-treatment.
- Direct feed: prepared cable with an outer diameter of 0.5–10 mm
- Cable with an outer diameter of 10–20 mm: stripping and/or pre-shredding required
- Plugs, terminals and iron: remove before feeding or add magnetic separation
- Oily or wet cable: degrease and dry before processing

Tell Us What Cable You Process
Confirm cable composition and preparation before selecting optional equipment.

Household & Appliance Wire
Prepared household wire and appliance wiring.

Automotive Wiring Harness
Remove connectors and pre-shred bundled harnesses.

Communication & Network Cable
Fine cable may require adjusted feeding or pre-shredding.

Pretreated Mixed Cable
Sorted mixed cable with iron and unsuitable contaminants removed.
From Prepared Cable to Separated Outputs
Dry granulation, airflow separation and vibration refinement produce separate copper-rich and plastic-rich streams.
Sort & Prepare
Remove plugs, iron, oil and unsuitable contaminants before feeding.
Granulate
The 5.5 kW crusher releases copper from the insulation.
Air Separate
Frequency-controlled airflow separates the material by density.
Vibration Refine
Two vibrating separation tables further screen and refine both fractions.
Collect Outputs
Copper-rich and plastic-rich streams discharge separately.

A Compact Entry-Level Cable Recycling System
The KR300 is designed for small recycling operations processing prepared household, automotive and communication cable. It keeps installed power and footprint lower than the larger KR models while retaining dry crushing and separation.
- Lower installed power for small operations
- Compact main machine and working footprint
- Dry crushing and separation
- Configurable pre-treatment for bundled or contaminated cable
- Material-based configuration before quotation

*The technical sheet lists 130–150 kg/h. Actual throughput depends on cable type, diameter, copper content, preparation, contamination and feeding consistency. Three recorded 100 kg batches each ran for 1 hour, equivalent to 100 kg/h for those batches. Confirm the planned capacity against your material before sizing the line.

Before You Select a KR300
The KR300 processes prepared household wire, appliance wire, network cable, automotive wire and selected mixed cable. Cable with an outer diameter of 0.5–10 mm can be evaluated for direct feeding. Cable with an outer diameter of 10–20 mm requires stripping and/or pre-shredding. Remove plugs, terminals, iron, oil and excess moisture before feeding.
No. The technical sheet lists 130–150 kg/h, but actual throughput varies with cable type, diameter, copper content, preparation and feeding conditions. Three recorded 100 kg batches each ran for 1 hour. Confirm the planned capacity against your material before sizing the line.
Not always. Short, clean and suitably sized wire may feed directly. Long, bundled, thick or mixed cable generally requires cutting or pre-shredding before entering the KR300.
The core crushing and air-separation process is dry. A water separation table is optional when the material and output target justify wet secondary separation.
Factory trials are supported. Send material photos or videos, cable diameter, estimated copper content, contaminants and target capacity first. Our team will confirm whether a factory trial is required and arrange the test conditions.
