Technological Process
By immersing lithium batteries in saline solution for discharge, we initiate a series of processes involving shredder, dryer, crushers, turbo grinder, air separator, gravity separator, fully enclosed drum screens, magnetic separators, and more. Through these methods, we effectively separate various materials such as black mass, copper, aluminum, iron. Our recovery rates consistently surpass 99% for valuable materials like black mass, copper, and aluminum.
